Donations & Self-Support

The Seventh Tradition states: “Every A.A. group ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions.”  Your donation is important to assure Sahara Club can continue to support our member meetings and carry the message to those who still suffer.  Donations will be used for the general expenses of Sahara Club and maintain a prudent reserve for fiscal security. There is a $3000 maximum donation per individual per year and is tax deductible. Receipts are available upon request.

You can make a one-time contribution or set up recurring contributions. For example, to contribute $5 weekly to the Friday 7:30 meeting for 10 weeks:

Your recurring contribution will be processed automatically. You can specify the number of installments, or you can leave the number of installments blank if you want to make an open-ended commitment. In either case, you can choose to cancel at any time. You will receive an email receipt for each recurring contribution.
